I2 E-commerce Platform Privacy Statement
The I2 E-commerce Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is a service platform operated by ITSALAT INT’L UNITED CO. (hereinafter referred to as "I2").
1. How do We Use Your Data?
Your personal data is necessary for us to provide you with the following Platform services:
Login: If you choose to log in with your I2 ID as a member of the Platform, your account information is required for us to provide you with the membership services. Without the account information, you can still access the Platform or purchase as a visitor.
Membership service: As a member of the Platform, you can manage your I2 ID account information for convenient future use, manage your reviews, and check your Platform messages and your membership rights and interests.
Notify Me: You can pre-order a product online in case it runs out of stock and leave us your email address so that we can promptly notify you when the product is available for purchase.
Online purchase: Your order information and payment information are needed to process payments, issue invoices, fulfill purchase orders, deliver purchases to the designated address, and to update you on the progress of your purchase(s). If you want to return or replace a product, we need to collect relevant information for return and replacement.
Verification: To make sure your order has been fulfilled and to verify and inspect products that you return to us, we need to record your device identifier, tracking number and order number before the goods are shipped, and process the delivery information and the order number.
Product reviews: You can leave and share product reviews on the Platform. Login is required and your profile picture will appear next to your product review.
FAQs on the product page: As a member of the Platform, you can ask questions on the product page. The questions you ask and our answers to them will be posted online in order to help other users of the Platform.
I2 uses your personal data in the following ways based on our legitimate interests:
Handling customer inquiries: If you contact us through our customer service to make inquiries regarding product prices, promotions, fulfilment of your order, and your rights and interests, your order number is usually required to check the order that you are enquiring about. We will collect the customer service information in order to inform you about the result or progress of your inquiry, or require other information, depending on your inquiry. If you object to our processing of such information, we will not be able to provide these services to you.
Anti-fraud: To ensure the security of payment, prevent theft, fraud, financial security hazards, and malicious network attacks, your order information, payment information will be collected and further processed. If you object to the processing of such data, your payment will be suspended and you will be unable to proceed with the purchase.
Handling payment disputes: In the event of a payment dispute, Axiom will transfer your order information, payment number, and delivery information to the payment service provider to facilitate the issuing banks in resolving the payment dispute.
Service maintenance and business analysis: For the purposes of business development, we will use your personal information to conduct troubleshooting, monitor and analyze our services or stock, and perform settlement with our suppliers.
Electronic communications: I2 will collect your email address or browser information in order to send you advertisements by email with your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent as described in Section 7 of this Statement.
Additionally, we will process your personal data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements, and to establish or defend our legal rights.
2. How We Handle Minors' Personal Data
In this Platform, we do not knowingly collect your personal information if you are under the age of 21 years old without the consent of your parent or legal guardian. If you are under the age of 21 years old and I2 wishes to collect any personal information from you, we will seek the consent of your parent or legal guardian by email in advance. If we ascertain that we have collected your personal information without the consent of your parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. Please note that the deletion of information may lead to deletion of your Platform account. When making a purchase using a credit card, the transaction should be completed by your parent or legal guardian. When you use the Platform, certain information may be collected automatically in order to help improve the Platform and for statistical analysis. We will only collect such information with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. Your parent or legal guardian can request to delete your personal data by visiting the Privacy Questions page.
3. How Long Do We Store Your Data?
We retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes defined in this Statement.
We retain order information and payment information for seven (7) years from the date of the transaction for the purposes of after-sales services, tax compliance, and compliance with financial-related laws and regulations. If you deactivate an account or voluntarily delete an order during the data retention period, I2 reserves the right to retain these transaction records until the end of the above retention period.
We retain customer service information for two (2) years from the date of collection.
We retain your I2 ID account information and information regarding your rights and interests as a member until you deregister your I2 ID.
Product reviews that you post on our product pages are posted pseudonymously on our website, where they will remain for as long as such function is available.
Inquiries you submit through the product page will be posted online pseudonymously at your choice for as long as such function is available in order to provide guidance for other users.
Once the data retention period expires, we will erase or anonymize your personal data, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
4. Do We Share Your Data?
To notify you when a transaction status changes or a product is in stock, and also to send advertisements with your consent, your personal information will be processed by our supplier(s) located in China.
Disclosure with our affiliates outside of the Kuwait:
To provide you with online purchase, product reviews, product FAQ, membership services, and also for us to conduct routine work and business analysis, your personal information will be transferred to Singapore and India.
(2) Disclosure of your personal data within the Kuwait:

We contract with suppliers to help with the warehousing, delivery services, and process customer services. Your personal information will be processed by our suppliers on our behalf and under the protection of the relevant data processing agreements.
• Disclosure with our partners within the Kuwait
Through our payment service provider, your bank and other payment partners providing you with payment-related services will process your personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
In addition to the information and parties mentioned in this Statement, we may disclose information about you to third parties with your consent or at your request.
(3) Disclosures related to legal requirements
I2 may share your data in response to a legal process or request from a competent authority based on an applicable law or in connection with legal proceeding or process.
Your data may also be disclosed as part of merger, acquisition, sale of assets (such as service agreements) or transition of service to a I2 group or other company.

If you believe that we are not processing your personal data in accordance with this Statement or the applicable data protection laws, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
